As a Senior Call Center Representative, your primary responsibility will be to conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential and existing customers, effectively promoting our telecom products and services. You will be tasked with understanding customer needs, recommending tailored solutions, and consistently achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

This role also involves professionally handling objections and rejections, maintaining accurate records in our CRM system, and ensuring strict adherence to scripts, quality standards, and processes. Delivering an exceptional customer experience while maximizing revenue is paramount.

We are seeking individuals with strong English communication skills and a clear, neutral accent, coupled with a natural sales mindset and persuasive abilities. Essential skills include active listening, customer empathy, and resilience to handle rejection effectively.

Basic proficiency in system and CRM handling is also required. Eligibility includes being a graduate (flexibility offered based on communication skills) with 0-2 years of experience; freshers are welcome, and prior BPO or sales experience is preferred. This role operates on a US-Canada shift (Night Shift) for 10 hours per shift, with company-provided transportation for night shifts. The work mode is 100% Work from Office.
