As a Senior Representative, you will be instrumental in engaging Canada-based customers through high-volume outbound calls to promote telecom products and services. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue via consultative selling, understanding individual customer needs, and recommending tailored solutions.

You'll be responsible for achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, handling objections and rejections with professionalism, and maintaining accurate CRM records of all interactions. Ensuring compliance with scripts, quality standards, and processes is crucial. The goal is to deliver an exceptional customer experience while maximizing revenue opportunities.
