Engage with Canada-based customers through high-volume outbound calls to promote telecom products and services. Understand customer needs to recommend personalized solutions and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Professionally manage objections and rejections, ensuring accurate CRM record-keeping for calls, conversions, and follow-ups. Uphold script and process compliance while delivering exceptional customer experiences and maximizing revenue.

Key duties include promoting various telecom plans, upgrade options, bundle deals, and retention offers. Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills and a clear, neutral English accent. A natural sales mindset with persuasive abilities and excellent active listening skills are essential. Empathy, resilience, and the capacity to handle rejection professionally are key attributes. Basic proficiency in system and CRM handling is required.

Eligibility includes being a graduate, with prior BPO or sales experience being preferred but not mandatory. Freshers are welcome, and we are open to candidates with 0-2 years of experience. This role is a full-time, 100% work-from-office position requiring adherence to US-Canada shift timings.
