Engage with Canada-based customers through high-volume outbound calls to promote a range of telecom products and services, including plans, upgrades, and retention offers. Understand individual customer needs to recommend tailored solutions and consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Professionally handle objections and rejections, maintaining accurate CRM records for all interactions, conversions, and follow-ups. Ensure strict adherence to scripts, quality standards, and process requirements while delivering an exceptional customer experience that maximizes revenue.

Candidates should possess strong English communication skills with a clear and neutral accent, coupled with a persuasive sales mindset. Active listening skills and a genuine sense of customer empathy are essential, alongside the resilience to handle rejection effectively. Basic proficiency in system and CRM handling is also required.
