As a Senior Representative, you will be instrumental in driving outbound sales for our telecom services targeted at Canada-based customers. Your role involves engaging prospects and existing clients to promote our diverse range of telecom products, including plans, upgrades, and special bundles.

You will focus on understanding individual customer needs to recommend personalized solutions that maximize revenue. Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets is a key aspect of this position. You will professionally manage objections and rejections, ensuring a positive customer interaction.

Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system is crucial, documenting calls, conversions, and follow-up actions. Adherence to scripts, quality standards, and process guidelines is expected. Ultimately, your goal is to deliver an exceptional customer experience while optimizing sales outcomes.
