In this entry-level outbound sales position, you will engage with Canada-based customers to promote exciting telecom products and services, driving revenue through expert consultative selling.

Key duties include making a high volume of outbound calls to both prospective and existing customers, actively promoting telecom offerings such as plans, upgrades, bundles, and retention deals. You will be tasked with understanding individual customer needs to recommend perfectly tailored solutions and consistently achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Handling objections and rejections with professionalism is essential, as is maintaining accurate records in our CRM system regarding calls, conversions, and follow-ups. Ensuring strict adherence to scripts, quality, and process standards is also a core responsibility, all while delivering an exceptional customer experience that maximizes revenue.

We are seeking individuals with strong communication skills and a clear, neutral English accent, coupled with a natural sales mindset and persuasive abilities. Essential traits include active listening, genuine customer empathy, and resilience to effectively handle rejection.

Basic proficiency in system and CRM handling is required. Eligibility criteria include being a graduate, with the ability to communicate effectively being a primary consideration. We welcome candidates with 0–2 years of experience; freshers are encouraged to apply, and prior experience in BPO or sales is preferred. This role operates on a US–Canada Shift basis, involving night shifts aligned with North American time zones, with working hours of 10 hours per shift, including breaks. The position is 100% work-from-office, with company-provided pick-up and drop facilities available for night shifts.
