- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential and existing customers. - Actively promote a range of telecom products, including plans, upgrades, bundles, and retention offers. - Understand individual customer needs to recommend personalized solutions. - Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. - Professionally manage objections and rejections encountered during sales interactions. - Maintain meticulous records in the CRM system, detailing calls, conversions, and follow-up actions. - Adhere strictly to scripts, quality assurance protocols, and procedural guidelines. - Ensure a superior customer experience while optimizing revenue generation.
