This entry-level outbound sales role focuses on engaging with Canada-based customers to promote telecom products and services. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue through effective consultative selling techniques.

Key duties include making high-volume outbound calls, promoting various telecom offers (plans, upgrades, bundles, retention), and understanding customer needs to recommend tailored solutions. You will be expected to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, handle objections and rejections professionally, and maintain accurate CRM records. Ensuring compliance with scripts, quality, and process standards is crucial, as is delivering a strong customer experience while maximizing revenue.

We are seeking individuals with strong communication skills and a neutral, clear English accent. A robust sales mindset coupled with persuasive abilities is essential.

Candidates should demonstrate active listening skills and customer empathy, along with resilience and the capacity to handle rejection effectively. Basic system and CRM handling proficiency is also required. Eligibility includes being a graduate, with flexible consideration based on communication skills. We welcome freshers and individuals with 0–2 years of experience, with a preference for those with BPO or sales backgrounds. This position operates on a US–Canada Shift (Night Shift) for 10 hours per shift and is 100% Work from Office. Company-provided transportation is available for night shifts.
