Engage prospective and existing customers through high-volume outbound calls, promoting a range of telecom products including plans, upgrades, bundles, and retention offers. Understand individual customer needs to recommend tailored solutions and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Professionally manage objections and rejections, maintaining accurate CRM records for all calls, conversions, and follow-up activities. Ensure strict adherence to scripts, quality standards, and process guidelines, all while delivering an exceptional customer experience and maximizing revenue.

We are seeking candidates with strong communication skills and a neutral or clear English accent. A natural sales mindset with persuasive abilities is essential.

Key attributes include active listening, customer empathy, and resilience to effectively handle rejection. Basic proficiency in system and CRM handling is required. While a graduate degree is flexible based on communication skills, 2-4 years of experience is preferred, with BPO or sales backgrounds being a plus. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
