This is an entry-level outbound sales role focused on connecting with Canada-based customers. You will be instrumental in promoting cutting-edge telecom products and services, driving revenue through consultative selling techniques, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your contributions will directly impact client satisfaction and company growth.

Engage prospective and existing customers through high-volume outbound calls. Promote a range of telecom products, including plans, upgrades, bundle offers, and retention incentives. Deeply understand customer needs to recommend and present tailored solutions. Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Professionally handle customer objections and rejections, maintaining a positive outlook. Maintain meticulous records of calls, conversions, and follow-up actions in the CRM system. Adhere strictly to scripts, quality assurance protocols, and process standards. Deliver outstanding customer experiences while optimizing revenue generation.

Possess strong English communication skills with a neutral and clear accent. Demonstrate a proactive sales mindset and persuasive abilities. Exhibit excellent active listening skills and customer empathy. Show resilience and a demonstrated ability to handle rejection gracefully.
