This entry-level outbound sales role focuses on engaging Canada-based customers to promote telecom products and services, driving revenue through consultative selling.

Key responsibilities include: - Conducting high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. - Promoting telecom products such as plans, upgrades, bundles, and retention offers. - Understanding customer needs to recommend personalized solutions. - Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. - Handling objections and rejections professionally. - Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system for calls, conversions, and follow-ups. - Adhering to scripts, quality standards, and process guidelines. - Delivering an excellent customer experience while maximizing revenue.

To excel in this role, you need strong communication skills with a clear and neutral English accent, coupled with a persuasive sales mindset. Essential qualities include active listening, customer empathy, and resilience to effectively handle rejection. Basic proficiency in system and CRM handling is also required.
