As a Senior Associate, your primary responsibility will be to engage Canada-based customers through high-volume outbound calls. You will actively promote telecom products, including plans, upgrades, bundles, and retention offers, while understanding individual customer needs to recommend tailored solutions.

Key duties include achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, professionally handling objections and rejections, and maintaining accurate CRM records. Ensuring compliance with all scripts, quality, and process standards is essential. Your focus will be on delivering a strong customer experience that simultaneously maximizes revenue.

We are seeking candidates with strong English communication skills, featuring a neutral and clear accent, coupled with a persuasive sales mindset. Essential skills include active listening, customer empathy, and resilience to effectively handle rejection.

While a graduate qualification is flexible and dependent on communication skills, candidates with 2-4 years of experience in BPO or sales roles are preferred.
