As an entry-level outbound sales role, you will actively engage with Canada-based customers to promote telecom products and services, driving revenue through consultative sales techniques.

Key duties include making high-volume outbound calls, understanding customer needs to propose tailored solutions, and consistently achieving sales targets. You will also professionally handle objections, maintain accurate CRM records, and ensure adherence to all scripts, quality, and process standards. Delivering an outstanding customer experience while maximizing revenue is paramount.

We are seeking individuals with strong communication skills and a clear, neutral English accent, coupled with a natural sales aptitude and persuasive abilities. Candidates should possess excellent active listening skills and demonstrate customer empathy.

A resilient attitude, the capacity to handle rejection effectively, and basic proficiency with systems and CRM tools are essential.
