As a Customer Sales Executive, you will be responsible for making a high volume of outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Your primary goal will be to promote telecom products, including plans, upgrades, bundles, and retention offers. You'll need to understand customer needs deeply to recommend tailored solutions and consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Key duties also include handling objections and rejections professionally, maintaining accurate CRM records of all interactions and outcomes, and ensuring strict adherence to scripts, quality, and process standards. Delivering a strong customer experience while maximizing revenue is paramount.

We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills and a neutral, clear English accent. A natural sales mindset coupled with persuasive abilities is essential. You should possess excellent active listening skills and a high degree of customer empathy, along with the resilience to handle rejection effectively.

Basic proficiency in system and CRM handling is required. Eligibility criteria include being a graduate, with some flexibility based on communication skills. We prefer candidates with 2-4 years of experience, ideally within the BPO or sales sector.
