Engage Canada-based customers through high-volume outbound calls to promote telecom products and services.

Understand individual customer needs to recommend tailored solutions, driving revenue through consultative selling.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while professionally handling objections and maintaining accurate CRM records. Ensure adherence to scripts, quality standards, and processes to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

We are seeking individuals with strong communication skills and a neutral, clear English accent. A natural sales mindset coupled with persuasive abilities is essential.

Demonstrate active listening skills, customer empathy, and resilience to handle rejection effectively. Basic proficiency in system and CRM handling is required.

Candidates should be graduates, with 1-2 years of experience preferred but freshers are welcome. Prior BPO or sales experience is a plus. This role operates on a US-Canada shift, requiring a 10-hour work commitment per shift, including breaks.
