Engage prospective and existing customers through high-volume outbound calls. Promote a range of telecom products, including plans, upgrades, bundles, and retention offers. Understand customer needs to recommend personalized solutions. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Professionally manage objections and rejections. Maintain accurate records of calls, conversions, and follow-ups in the CRM. Adhere to all script, quality, and process standards. Deliver an excellent customer experience while maximizing revenue.

Essential skills include strong communication with a neutral and clear English accent, a natural sales mindset with persuasive abilities, active listening, and customer empathy. Resilience and the capacity to handle rejection are crucial. Basic proficiency in system and CRM handling is also required.

Candidates should be graduates, with flexibility based on communication skills. While the role is open to freshers, 2-4 years of experience in BPO or sales is preferred. The work schedule involves a US-Canada Shift (Night Shift) for 10 hours per shift, and the position is 100% Work from Office, with company-provided transportation for night shifts.
