Initiate high-volume outbound calls to engage prospective and current customers. Effectively promote a range of telecom products, including plans, upgrades, bundles, and retention offers. Thoroughly understand customer needs to recommend personalized solutions that maximize value.

Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through proactive engagement. Professionally manage objections and rejections, maintaining a positive customer interaction. Accurately record all call details, conversions, and follow-up activities in the CRM system. Ensure strict adherence to scripts, quality assurance, and established process standards for optimal performance.

A strong command of English with a clear, neutral accent is essential. Develop a keen sales mindset with the ability to persuade and influence customers. Practice active listening and demonstrate genuine customer empathy to build rapport.

Exhibit resilience and a robust ability to handle rejection with professionalism. Possess basic proficiency in using system applications and CRM software. A graduate qualification is preferred, though exceptional communication skills can be considered. While 2-4 years of experience in BPO or sales is advantageous, motivated freshers are also encouraged to apply.
