This entry-level outbound sales position involves engaging with customers in Canada to promote telecom products and services. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue through consultative selling.

Key responsibilities include making a high volume of outbound calls, presenting telecom plans, upgrades, bundles, and retention offers. You will focus on understanding customer needs to recommend tailored solutions and consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Handling objections and rejections professionally, maintaining accurate CRM records, and ensuring compliance with scripts and quality standards are crucial. Delivering an exceptional customer experience while maximizing revenue is paramount.

We are seeking individuals with strong communication skills and a clear, neutral English accent. A proactive sales mindset with persuasive abilities is essential.

Successful candidates will demonstrate active listening skills, customer empathy, and resilience to effectively handle rejection. Basic proficiency in system and CRM handling is also required.

Eligibility includes being a graduate (flexibility offered based on communication skills) and possessing 2-4 years of experience, preferably in BPO or sales roles. This role operates on a US-Canada Shift (Night Shift) with 10-hour working days and is 100% Work from Office. Company-provided pick-up and drop facilities are available for night shifts.
