This is an entry-level outbound sales opportunity focused on engaging customers in Canada. You will promote telecom products and services, driving revenue through effective, consultative selling. We offer a supportive environment with ample learning tools and a chance to make a real difference.

Your role will involve making a high volume of outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. You'll actively promote telecom products, including plans, upgrades, and retention offers, while understanding individual customer needs to recommend tailored solutions. Key to this position is achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, handling objections professionally, and maintaining accurate CRM records of all interactions.

Ensuring compliance with scripts, quality, and process standards is crucial. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while simultaneously maximizing revenue. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong sales aptitude and a drive to succeed in a dynamic environment.

We are seeking candidates with strong communication skills, possessing a neutral and clear English accent. A proactive sales mindset with persuasive abilities is essential. You should demonstrate excellent active listening skills and customer empathy, along with resilience to handle rejection effectively. Basic proficiency in system and CRM handling is also required.

Prior experience in BPO or sales is a plus. The role operates on a US-Canada Shift (Night Shift) with 10-hour working shifts and includes company-provided transportation for night shifts.
