In this role, you will be responsible for making high-volume outbound calls to engage prospective and existing customers. Your primary focus will be promoting telecom products, understanding customer needs to recommend tailored solutions, and achieving sales targets. You will also handle objections professionally, maintain accurate CRM records, and ensure compliance with quality and process standards to deliver exceptional customer experiences while maximizing revenue.

Ideal candidates will possess strong English communication skills with a neutral accent, a persuasive sales mindset, and the ability to actively listen and empathize with customers. Resilience in handling rejection is crucial. Basic system and CRM handling skills are required. While a graduate degree is flexible, strong communication skills are key. We welcome freshers, and prior BPO or sales experience is preferred, with a minimum of 1-2 years considered.
