This entry-level outbound sales role involves engaging with Canada-based customers to promote telecom products and services, driving revenue through effective consultative selling.

Key duties include making high-volume outbound calls, promoting various telecom plans, upgrades, bundles, and retention offers. You will be expected to understand customer needs, recommend tailored solutions, and consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Professionally handle objections and rejections, maintaining accurate CRM records of calls, conversions, and follow-ups. Ensuring compliance with scripts, quality, and process standards is crucial. The role demands delivering a strong customer experience while simultaneously maximizing revenue.
