As a Senior Associate in our Call Center, you will be instrumental in connecting with prospective and existing customers. Your key responsibilities will include making a high volume of outbound calls, effectively promoting a range of telecom products, and understanding individual customer needs to offer tailored solutions.

Success in this role involves achieving ambitious daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, skillfully handling objections, and maintaining meticulous CRM records. You will also ensure adherence to all script, quality, and process standards, all while delivering an exceptional customer experience to maximize revenue.

We are seeking individuals with strong English communication skills and a clear, neutral accent. A natural sales aptitude and persuasive ability are essential, coupled with excellent active listening skills and genuine customer empathy. Resilience and the capacity to handle rejection professionally are key attributes.

While a graduate degree is preferred, exceptional communication skills can be considered. Prior experience in BPO or sales is advantageous, though freshers with the right attitude are also encouraged to apply. Basic proficiency in system and CRM handling is required for this position.
