As a Senior Associate, you will drive revenue by engaging Canada-based customers through high-volume outbound calls to promote telecom products and services. You will expertly understand customer needs to recommend tailored solutions, consistently achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Professional handling of objections and rejections is key, alongside maintaining accurate CRM records for calls, conversions, and follow-ups. Ensuring compliance with scripts, quality, and process standards is essential for delivering a strong customer experience while maximizing revenue.

Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills with a neutral and clear English accent, coupled with a persuasive sales mindset. Essential abilities include active listening, customer empathy, and resilience to effectively manage rejections. Basic proficiency in system and CRM handling is also required.

We are seeking individuals who are graduates, with flexibility based on communication skills. While 1-2 years of experience in BPO or sales is preferred, freshers are also welcome to apply. This is a full-time, 100% work-from-office role, operating on a US-Canada Shift (Night Shift) with 10-hour shifts. Company-provided pick-up and drop facilities are available for night shifts.
