As a Senior Associate, you will be instrumental in reaching out to Canada-based customers to promote our telecom products and services. Your primary focus will be on driving sales revenue by understanding customer needs and recommending tailored solutions.

Key duties include making a high volume of outbound calls, actively promoting various telecom offerings, and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. You will also be responsible for professionally managing objections, maintaining accurate CRM records, and ensuring adherence to quality and process standards. Delivering an exceptional customer experience while maximizing revenue is paramount.

We are seeking individuals with strong communication skills and a clear, neutral English accent. A natural sales mindset coupled with persuasive abilities is essential for this role. You should possess excellent active listening skills and demonstrate empathy towards customers.

Resilience and the capacity to handle rejection gracefully are also crucial. Basic proficiency in system and CRM handling is required. While a graduate degree is preferred, flexibility may be offered based on exceptional communication skills. Prior experience in BPO or sales is advantageous, though freshers are encouraged to apply if they possess the core competencies.
