Engage with prospective and existing customers through high-volume outbound calls to promote telecom products, including plans, upgrades, and retention offers.

Understand individual customer needs and recommend tailored solutions to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while handling objections and rejections professionally.

Maintain accurate records in the CRM system for all calls, conversions, and follow-up activities.

Ensure adherence to scripts, quality standards, and process guidelines while delivering a strong customer experience.

We are seeking individuals with strong communication skills and a clear, neutral English accent. A natural sales mindset with persuasive abilities is essential for this role.

You should possess excellent active listening skills and demonstrate customer empathy. Resilience and the capacity to handle rejection are key attributes.

Basic proficiency in system and CRM handling is required. While a graduate degree is preferred, flexibility is offered based on communication skills. Prior experience in BPO or sales is advantageous, though freshers are also encouraged to apply.
