Engage with Canada-based customers through high-volume outbound calls, actively promoting telecom products, plans, and upgrades.

Understand individual customer needs to recommend personalized solutions, ensuring a strong customer experience and revenue maximization.

Effectively handle objections and rejections, while maintaining accurate CRM records of all interactions and follow-ups.

Adhere to all compliance, quality, and process standards, contributing to daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

We are seeking individuals with strong communication skills and a neutral, clear English accent. A proven sales mindset with excellent persuasive abilities is essential.

Demonstrate active listening skills and a high degree of customer empathy, coupled with resilience to handle rejection professionally.

Basic proficiency in system and CRM handling is required. While a graduate degree is preferred, exceptional communication skills can be considered.
