This entry-level outbound sales role focuses on engaging Canada-based customers to drive revenue growth through expert consultation on telecom products and services. You will be responsible for conducting a high volume of outbound calls to both potential and existing customers.

Key duties include promoting telecom plans, upgrades, bundle offers, and retention strategies. A core part of the role involves understanding customer needs to recommend suitable solutions, achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, and professionally managing objections or rejections. Accurate CRM record-keeping for calls, conversions, and follow-ups is essential, alongside strict adherence to scripts, quality, and process standards to ensure a superior customer experience while maximizing revenue.

We seek individuals with strong communication skills and a clear, neutral English accent. A natural sales aptitude coupled with persuasive abilities is crucial.
