Promote a range of telecom products, including plans, upgrades, bundles, and retention offers.

Understand individual customer needs to recommend personalized solutions and drive sales.

Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective selling strategies.

Handle customer objections and rejections professionally, maintaining a positive customer interaction.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for all calls, conversions, and follow-up activities.

Adhere strictly to scripts, quality assurance guidelines, and established processes to ensure service excellence.

A strong command of English with a neutral and clear accent is essential for effective communication.
