This is an entry-level, full-time outbound sales position focused on engaging customers in Canada. You will be responsible for promoting telecommunications products and services, with the goal of driving revenue through consultative sales approaches. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a proactive sales mindset.

Engage with a high volume of prospective and existing customers through outbound calls. Promote a range of telecom products, including plans, upgrades, bundles, and retention offers. Understand individual customer needs to recommend personalized and effective solutions. Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Address customer objections and handle rejections with professionalism and poise. Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, conversions, and follow-up actions within the CRM system. Ensure adherence to all scripts, quality assurance standards, and established processes. Deliver an exceptional customer experience while actively working to maximize revenue.

Possess strong English communication skills with a neutral and clear accent. Demonstrate a sales-oriented mindset with persuasive abilities. Exhibit active listening skills and a genuine sense of customer empathy. Show resilience and a robust ability to handle rejection effectively. Have basic proficiency in using systems and CRM software. Candidates should be graduates, though flexibility exists based on exceptional communication skills. Experience between 0-2 years is acceptable; freshers are encouraged to apply, with BPO or sales experience being preferred.
