Your role will involve making a high volume of outbound calls to engage prospective and existing customers, effectively promoting a range of telecom products including plans, upgrades, and retention offers. You will focus on understanding customer needs to recommend tailored solutions and consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Professionally address objections and rejections, maintaining accurate records of calls, conversions, and follow-ups in our CRM system. Adherence to scripts, quality standards, and processes is essential, ensuring a strong customer experience while maximizing revenue.

We are seeking individuals with strong English communication skills and a clear, neutral accent. A natural sales mindset with the ability to persuade, coupled with active listening skills and customer empathy, is crucial. The ideal candidate will possess resilience to handle rejection and basic proficiency in system and CRM handling.

Eligibility requires a graduate-level education, though communication skills may allow for flexibility. While 1-2 years of experience is preferred, freshers are also welcome, especially those with prior BPO or sales background. This is a 100% work-from-office role operating on a US-Canada Night Shift, with company-provided transportation.
