This role offers a dynamic blend of individual sales achievement and team enablement. You will be responsible for handling high-value sales interactions and acting as a subject matter expert to provide critical floor support. Your coaching and mentoring abilities will be key in developing team members, while you'll also monitor call quality, offer constructive feedback, and support onboarding and training initiatives.

Key duties include tracking team and individual performance metrics, managing complex escalations, and contributing to essential reporting and dashboard maintenance. This position requires adeptness in managing multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.

We are seeking an experienced professional with 3-5 years of background in international BPO or sales, preferably within the telecom sector. Essential qualifications include strong sales acumen, exceptional communication skills, and proven expertise in coaching and mentoring. The ability to effectively handle objections and multitask efficiently in a demanding environment is crucial.

Prior experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) or in team leadership is highly desirable. This role operates on a night shift schedule aligned with US-Canada time zones, requiring a commitment of 10 hours per shift, including breaks. Work is exclusively onsite, with company-provided transportation for night shifts.
