This role offers a dynamic blend of individual sales contributions and team support, encompassing coaching, Subject Matter Expert (SME) guidance, and escalation management.

Key duties include: - Managing intricate and high-value sales interactions. - Providing floor support and acting as an SME for agents. - Mentoring and coaching team members. - Evaluating call quality and delivering constructive feedback. - Assisting with onboarding and training new staff. - Monitoring team and individual performance metrics. - Resolving complex escalations and critical customer issues. - Supporting the creation of reports and dashboards.

We are seeking individuals with a strong background in sales, ideally within the telecom or BPO sectors, coupled with excellent communication abilities. A proven capacity for coaching, mentoring, and adeptly handling objections is essential, alongside the skill to manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure.

Ideal candidates will possess 3 to 5 years of experience in the international BPO or sales domain. Prior experience as an SME or in team handling is highly preferred.
