This role combines individual sales contributions with team support, including coaching, subject matter expertise, and escalation management.

Key responsibilities include: - Managing complex and high-value sales interactions. - Providing floor support as a Subject Matter Expert (SME). - Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance performance. - Monitoring call quality and delivering constructive feedback. - Assisting with onboarding and training new team members. - Tracking individual and team performance metrics. - Resolving escalations and critical client issues. - Supporting the creation of reports and dashboards.

We are seeking individuals with a strong background in sales, preferably within the telecom or BPO sectors.

Essential skills include: - Exceptional communication abilities. - Proven coaching and mentoring capabilities. - Proficiency in handling objections effectively. - Demonstrated ability to multitask and perform under pressure.

Ideal candidates will possess 3 to 5 years of experience in international BPO or sales. Prior experience as an SME or in team handling is highly preferred.
