This role involves a hybrid approach, blending individual sales contributions with team support. You will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing crucial floor support to agents and mentoring team members.

Key responsibilities include coaching and developing agents, monitoring call quality to ensure high standards, and assisting with onboarding and training new staff. You will also track team and individual performance metrics.

Furthermore, you will manage complex and high-value sales calls, handle escalations and critical customer cases, and support the creation of essential reports and dashboards. This position requires adeptness in multitasking and managing pressure effectively.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in international BPO or sales. Prior experience as an SME or in team handling is highly preferred.

Essential skills include strong sales acumen, particularly within the telecom or BPO sectors. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must, alongside a proven ability to coach and mentor others effectively.

Candidates should possess strong objection handling capabilities and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a demanding environment. This role operates on a US-Canada night shift schedule, requiring 10-hour shifts, with company-provided transportation for night shifts.
