This role blends individual sales achievements with crucial team support functions. You will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), offering floor support and coaching to agents.

Key duties include mentoring team members, monitoring call quality, and providing constructive feedback. You'll also assist with onboarding and training new hires, tracking team and individual performance metrics, and managing complex escalations.

Furthermore, you will support the creation of reports and dashboards to inform strategic decisions and ensure operational efficiency.

We seek candidates with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in international BPO or sales environments. Prior experience as an SME or in team handling is highly preferred.

Essential skills include a strong sales background, particularly in telecom or BPO sectors. You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to coach and mentor others effectively.
