Engage prospective and existing customers through high-volume outbound calls, promoting a range of telecom products and services including plans, upgrades, bundles, and retention offers. Understand individual customer needs to recommend customized solutions. Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Professionally manage objections and rejections while maintaining accurate CRM records of all interactions and outcomes. Adhere to script, quality, and process standards to ensure compliance and a superior customer experience, ultimately maximizing revenue.

We are seeking candidates with strong English communication skills and a clear, neutral accent, coupled with a natural sales mindset and persuasive abilities.
