As a Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for making a high volume of outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Your primary focus will be to promote telecom products, including plans, upgrades, and retention offers, while understanding customer needs to recommend tailored solutions.

You will work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, handling objections and rejections professionally. Maintaining accurate CRM records of calls, conversions, and follow-ups is crucial. Ensuring compliance with scripts, quality standards, and processes, while delivering an exceptional customer experience and maximizing revenue, are key aspects of this role.

We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills and a clear, neutral English accent. A natural sales mindset with persuasive abilities is essential.

The ideal candidate will possess active listening skills, demonstrate customer empathy, and exhibit resilience in handling rejection. Basic proficiency in system and CRM handling is required.
