Engage with prospective and existing customers through high-volume outbound calls. Promote a range of telecom products, including plans, upgrades, bundles, and retention offers. Understand individual customer needs and skillfully recommend tailored solutions. Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Professionally handle objections and rejections, maintaining a positive customer interaction. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, detailing calls, conversions, and follow-up actions. Ensure adherence to all scripts, quality standards, and process guidelines. Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maximizing revenue opportunities.

Possess strong communication skills with a neutral and clear English accent. Demonstrate a proactive sales mindset with excellent persuasive abilities. Exhibit active listening skills and a genuine sense of customer empathy. Show resilience and the capacity to handle rejection effectively. Proficiency in basic system and CRM handling. Graduation is required, with flexibility based on exceptional communication skills. 1-2 years of experience preferred; freshers are welcome. Prior experience in BPO or sales is advantageous.
