Engage with Canada-based customers through high-volume outbound calls to promote and sell telecom products and services. Understand individual customer needs to recommend tailored solutions, aiming to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Effectively handle customer objections and rejections with professionalism. Maintain accurate records of all interactions, conversions, and follow-ups within the CRM system. Ensure adherence to scripts, quality standards, and process requirements, all while delivering an exceptional customer experience that maximizes revenue.

We seek individuals with strong English communication skills and a clear, neutral accent. A proactive sales mindset and persuasive abilities are essential.

This is an entry-level position, open to graduates with 0–2 years of experience. Freshers are welcome, and prior experience in BPO or sales is preferred but not mandatory. The role requires a commitment to a 100% work-from-office model in Gurugram, with a US-Canada shift and company-provided transportation for night shifts.
