Engage in high-volume outbound calls to connect with prospective and existing customers.

Promote a range of telecom products, including plans, upgrades, bundles, and retention offers.

Understand individual customer needs to recommend tailored solutions.

Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Professionally manage objections and rejections, maintaining a positive customer interaction.

Accurately maintain CRM records, documenting calls, conversions, and follow-up actions.

Ensure adherence to scripts, quality standards, and established processes.
