As a Call Center Associate, your primary focus will be making a high volume of outbound calls to connect with prospective and existing customers.

You will actively promote a range of telecom products, including plans, upgrades, bundles, and retention offers. Understanding customer needs and recommending tailored solutions will be crucial.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while handling objections and rejections with professionalism. Maintain accurate records in our CRM system, detailing calls, conversions, and follow-ups. Ensure adherence to scripts, quality, and process standards for a consistently strong customer experience and revenue maximization.

We are seeking individuals with strong communication skills and a clear, neutral English accent. A natural sales mindset coupled with persuasive abilities is essential.
