This entry-level outbound sales role involves proactively engaging with Canada-based customers to promote telecommunication products and services. You will be responsible for driving revenue through effective consultative selling techniques.

Key duties include making a high volume of outbound calls, understanding customer needs to offer tailored solutions, and consistently achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Professional handling of objections and rejections is crucial, alongside maintaining accurate records in the CRM system for calls, conversions, and follow-ups. Adherence to scripts, quality standards, and process guidelines is essential to deliver an exceptional customer experience while maximizing revenue.
