You will be making high-volume outbound calls to connect with prospective and existing customers. Your role will involve actively promoting telecom products, including plans, upgrades, bundles, and retention offers.

A key aspect of this position is understanding customer needs and recommending tailored solutions to meet them. You will be expected to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and handle objections and rejections with professionalism.

Maintaining accurate CRM records, including call details, conversions, and follow-ups, is essential. You'll also ensure strict compliance with scripts, quality standards, and process guidelines. Ultimately, the goal is to deliver an exceptional customer experience while maximizing revenue.

We are seeking individuals with strong communication skills and a clear, neutral English accent. A proactive sales mindset with persuasive abilities is crucial for success in this role.

Excellent active listening skills and genuine customer empathy are highly valued. The ability to remain resilient and handle rejection professionally is also a key requirement. Basic proficiency in system and CRM handling is necessary.

Eligibility for this position includes being a graduate, though flexibility is considered based on exceptional communication skills.
