Your primary focus will be making high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, promoting various telecom products such as plans, upgrades, and retention offers. Key duties include handling objections and rejections with professionalism, maintaining accurate CRM records of all interactions, conversions, and follow-ups.
