As an Entry-level Sales Associate, you will engage with Canada-based customers through high-volume outbound calls to promote telecom products and services. Your role involves understanding customer needs, recommending tailored solutions, and achieving sales targets. You will professionally handle objections, maintain accurate CRM records, and ensure compliance with all company standards, all while delivering an exceptional customer experience and maximizing revenue.

We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills and a clear, neutral English accent. A proactive sales mindset, persuasive ability, and active listening skills are essential. Resilience in handling rejection and basic proficiency in system/CRM handling are also required. While a graduate degree is preferred, flexibility is considered based on communication capabilities. Previous experience in BPO or sales, ideally 1-2 years, is advantageous.
