As a Call Center Associate, your primary focus will be making a high volume of outbound calls to engage prospective and existing customers. You will expertly promote a range of telecom products, including plans, upgrades, bundles, and retention offers. A key part of your role involves understanding customer needs to recommend the most suitable solutions. Success in this position requires achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, handling objections professionally, and maintaining accurate CRM records.

You are also responsible for ensuring strict adherence to scripts, quality standards, and established processes.
