Your primary role will involve making a high volume of outbound calls to potential and existing customers. You will actively promote various telecom products, including plans, upgrades, and retention offers. Understanding customer needs and recommending tailored solutions will be crucial.

Key duties include meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, professionally handling objections, and maintaining accurate CRM records. Ensuring compliance with all scripts, quality, and process standards is essential. The goal is to deliver an exceptional customer experience while simultaneously maximizing revenue.

We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills and a clear, neutral English accent. A persuasive sales mindset, coupled with active listening and customer empathy, is essential for success in this role.
