As a Call Center Associate, your primary role will be to make high-volume outbound calls to potential and existing customers. You will actively promote telecom products, including plans, upgrades, bundles, and retention offers, while identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.

Key responsibilities include achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, professionally handling objections and rejections, and maintaining accurate CRM records. Ensuring compliance with all scripts, quality, and process standards is crucial for delivering an excellent customer experience and maximizing revenue.
