The position requires working the US–Canada Shift, which aligns with North American time zones, involving 10-hour shifts. This is a 100% Work from Office role, with company-provided transportation for the night shifts.

- Initiate high-volume outbound calls to potential and current customers. - Actively promote telecom products, including plans, upgrades, bundles, and retention offers. - Identify customer needs and propose suitable, tailored solutions. - Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives. - Professionally manage objections and rejections. - Maintain accurate records in the CRM system for calls, conversions, and follow-ups. - Adhere to all scripts, quality assurance, and process standards. - Ensure exceptional customer experiences while optimizing revenue generation.
