As a Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for making a high volume of outbound calls to engage potential and existing customers. Your role involves promoting a range of telecom products, including plans, upgrades, bundles, and retention offers. A key aspect of this position is to understand customer needs thoroughly and recommend tailored solutions to meet them.

You will be driven to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, handling objections and rejections with professionalism. Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system, including call details, conversions, and follow-ups, is crucial. Ensuring compliance with scripts, quality, and process standards, while delivering an exceptional customer experience and maximizing revenue, will be central to your success.

Ideal candidates for this role will possess strong communication skills with a neutral and clear English accent, coupled with a natural sales mindset and persuasive ability. Active listening skills and a genuine sense of customer empathy are essential. Resilience and the capacity to handle rejection professionally are also key attributes.
